Mahendra Patel is a technology entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of TeroTAM, a SaaS-based enterprise platform focused on Asset Management, Facility Management (CMMS), Project Management, e-Procurement, Audits, and Compliance solutions. He founded TeroTAM with the vision of enabling organizations to digitize operations, improve asset
performance, and achieve operational excellence through scalable, cloud-native technology.
With over a decade of experience in software engineering, product development, and enterprise solution delivery, Mahendra has led the design and implementation of multiple business-critical platforms used by organizations across infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, and services industries. As CEO, he is responsible for product strategy, business growth, technology direction, and customer success.
Prior to founding TeroTAM, Mahendra co-founded Astics Inc., where he played a key role in building India operations and delivering enterprise technology solutions. His professional background includes hands-on experience in full-stack development, system architecture, and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Mahendra holds a Master’s degree from Ganpat University and has a strong technical foundation across modern programming languages, databases, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software systems. Under his leadership, TeroTAM has grown into a trusted SaaS platform supporting large-scale operational and asset management use cases.
