Man-soon is an Executive Director and focuses on investments in healthcare and bio sectors. He is a licensed pharmacist who worked at KBIC Venture and Yuhan Corp's R&D center before he came to KIP in 2009. Man-soon also held Vice President positions at Chemon and Medi Flex, where he controlled all marketing and R&D activities. He
leverages his hands-on experience running bio companies to help portfolio companies such as Eyegene and Viromed grow. Man-soon is the lead manager of KIP Global Pharma-Ecosystem Private Equity Fund (KRW 135bn) and serves as an adjunct professor at Konkuk University's School of Medicine.
