Previously, he was a founding member and ex-Partner of Lakestar, raising $1.4 bn in six years to become one of Europe’s largest tech venture funds. Prior to his investing career, he was an Executive Director and Head of European Internet coverage at Goldman Sachs, living across London and San Francisco, as well as a Product Manager at Oracle and coder at Sun Microsystems in San Francisco.
Manu graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS) from UC Berkeley and has an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has lived in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Zurich and London.
