Marijke Woodruff is VP of HR and Chief People Officer of Health Carousel LLC and as a key member of the senior leadership team, she has introduced an innovative employee engagement strategy to significantly enhance employee satisfaction, directly correlating to our employees’ performance and productivity. Marijke can often be heard in the hallways

Before joining Health Carousel, Marijke built a successful career with Cincinnati Bell as the VP of Human Resources and with Proctor and Gamble. Her career has included a series of strategic leadership roles in sales, operations planning, mergers and acquisitions, recruiting, compensation, diversity and inclusion, change management, training and development.
Marijke earned a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University.
