Marge Connelly is a Member of the Board of Directors at Altria.
Marge joined Convergys in November 2014, and brought with her a wealth of experience managing complex operations and leading talent within global organizations. Prior to joining Convergys, Marge served as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Barclaycard and COO for Wachovia
Securities. Marge also held multiple executive roles at Capital One, personally leading development of the people, processes and technology within Operations as the company grew from 5 million customers to 55 million over a 12-year period.
In addition to her deep experience in Financial Services, Marge also served as Interim President of Longwood University and served on the Board of Directors of Portfolio Recovery Associates, an acquirer of non-performing consumer debt.
Marge earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
