Mark Bozek formed media company Galgos Entertainment in 2006 with partner, Russell Nuce.
Prior to forming Galgos, Bozek worked for 14 years with Barry Diller, initially as a producer at Fox Television, then as a Senior Vice President at QVC, and later as CEO of HSN, a division of IAC. During his tenure at HSN, Bozek led a team of over 6,000
employees and the company generated over $10 billion in sales and $2 billion in profits.
Bozek launched HSN.com in 1998 and grew the business to over $100 million in eighteen months and was responsible for the international launches of HSN in Japan, Europe and China. While at HSN, he purchased entrepreneur Joy Mangano’s company, Ingenious Designs, and it grew to become one of HSN’s top vendors with over $100 million in annual sales.
Bozek was at Fox Television near its inception in 1998, where he was a three-time Emmy nominee.
Prior to his role at Fox TV, Bozek was Vice President of Marketing for men and women"s apparel company WilliWear/Willi Smith where he was responsible for worldwide marketing and advertising.
He currently serves on the board of Sykes Enterprises, a publicly held company. He is also a board trustee of the Long Island Children's Museum. He has also served on the Boards of the National Retail Federation and the Electronic Retailers Organization.
