Mark Evin is the CEO and founder of Jintronix. He has launched two interactive, video-game based exercise products for rehabilitation and healthy aging.
After graduating from Concordia University’s Communication Studies program in 2004, Mark begun a career in television production working in Apartment 11 Productions, a Montreal-based producer of
award-winning children’s television. His work as a Music Editor and Sound Effects designer was featured on several programs broadcast on YTV.
Turning his focus to multimedia production, Mark founded Jin Motion Inc. in 2009. He produced several cutting edge projects including a haptics/VR system for McGill’s School of Physical and Occupational Therapy, as well as an interactive computer-vision display for the Montreal Science Centre.
After meeting with parents of children with developmental disabilities, he became interested in the wide healthcare applications of motion capture technology combined with interactive video games and founded Jintronix in 2012.
