Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of Bearing Capital Ltd., a private investment firm dedicated to investing in innovative consumer-focused companies.
Mark benefits from over 12 years of investment banking and advisory experience having advised on successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value of more than $7 billion. Prior to
establishing Bearing Capital, Mark spent six years with Morgan Stanley in Israel, most recently as a Vice President of Investment Banking with primary coverage responsibility for consumer products, healthcare, oil & gas, industrials and clean-tech sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mark worked was an Associate in Investment Banking at Scotia Capital in Toronto and as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets in Tel Aviv.
Mark holds an Honours Business Administration degree and a Masters in Business Administration degree, both from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
