Mr. Herbst has spent over 28 years in the electronics manufacturing and high technology markets. His background includes 13 years as a Division President at The Dii Group; a spinout of Dover Corporation in 1993. The Dii Group was a global contract electronics design, engineering and manufacturing provider to leading OEMs around the world. As a
senior executive of the corporation, Mark was involved in the development and execution of the plan that grew Dii's annual sales from $100M at the time of the spinout to over $2B by 2000 at which point Flextronics International acquired the Company for $3B.
Mr. Herbst then joined Carrier Access, a public Company with annual sales of over $150M and a leading provider of telecommunications access equipment, as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role Mark lead all of the product development, supply chain and manufacturing activities with an organization that totaled over 400 people.
Mark graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Science Degree in Accountancy.
