Mark Jamtgaard is the Director of Technology at RetailNext and Co-Founder and CTO of Nearbuy Systems. Before co-founding Nearbuy, Mark Jamtgaard spent the last five years at Inphi Corporation as a Systems Architect after their acquisition of Scintera's 10G Electronic Dispersion Compensation division. Mark applied statistical signal processing
techniques to high-speed semiconductor projects. Previous to Inphi, Mark performed research on a position locating system using ultra-wideband technology at Aether Wire and Location. Mark was also a member of the founding team at 2Roam and was the company's CTO.
He holds an MSEE from Stanford University and a BSEE from Santa Clara University.
