Mark Joensen joined US Methanol and Liberty One Methanol in October 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and assumed the additional role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in April 2020. Mr. Joensen is a strategic-thinking finance executive with demonstrated financial, commercial and management skills and over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of
corporate financial management. Prior to US Methanol, he was Chief Financial Officer of Longview Intermediate Holdings C, LLC with responsibility for all aspects of financial management for this vertically integrated independent power producer with captive coal mining operations. Previously at Allegheny Energy, Mr. Joensen was responsible for the financial management, reporting, forecasting, business development, planning and budgeting for Allegheny’s regulated businesses with annual revenues of approximately $3 billion.
