Mark joined Weston Presidio in 1999. Mark is primarily responsible for managing the Firm’s business development function. Previously, Mark served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Tucker Anthony for 13 years, where he completed transactions in a variety of industries including business services, consumer products and
industrial products. Before that, Mark was employed by Bankers Trust New York Corporation. Mark is involved with the Firm’s investments in Advisors Excel and DISYS. Previously, Mark was on the Board of Directors of numerous privately held companies, including Herald Media Group (purchased by Liberty Media Corporation (NASDAQ:LINTA)), Rockwood Service Corporation, Summit Energy Services (purchased by Schneider Electric Industries SAS (a public company listed on the Paris stock exchange)) and Trimark Sportswear Group (purchased by Polyconcepts). Mark received an A.B. degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
