Mark Nielsen

in guiding the software businesses directed to the wireless industry from startup to turnaround and merger and acquisition. Mr. Nielsen also served as the Chief Executive Officer of ISD Corporation and guided it from startup through expansion and raised over $20 million before selling it to a publicly traded company. He served from 1988 to 1998. Until May 2000, Mr. Nielsen was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Avery Communications, Inc. Earlier from 1988 to 1996, he worked as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SCI's. Mr. Nielsen began his software career in 1983 at Cellular Business Systems, Inc. and continued with it after its sale to Cincinnati Bell until 1988. At CBIS, he served as an Industry Director of Mobile Communications, where Mr. Nielsen oversaw product management, marketing, and strategic planning, including billing for 70 percent of North American cellular subscribers. He serves as Chairman of Advisory Board for Corent Technology, Inc. He is a Business Advisor and Member of Executive Advisory Council at Ventana Capital Management, LLC. Previously, Mr. Nielsen was the Chairman of the Orange County Council of the American Electronics Association and a Director of the American Electronic Association’s National Board. Mr. Nielsen also served as the Chairman of Primal Systems, Inc. and Subscriber Computing, Inc. He serves as Director of Orion Data Analysis Corporation, Inc.
