Solomon leads the strategic management of Legacy’s investment portfolio, including initial structuring and continued performance evaluations. Each Legacy and/or Unity fund may include as many as 20 to 30 individual properties; Mr. Solomon is responsible for monitoring the impact of continuing development on each property’s underlying reserve
value. He also is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations including all client communications and reporting.
Prior to forming Legacy Income Properties and Unity Resources, Mr. Solomon served as Vice President of Chestnut Petroleum and as a registered representative at the company’s broker-dealer arm, Plummer Securities. During his two years with Chestnut, he assisted the company with raising private investor assets to support the funding of several multi-well drilling programs. Mr. Solomon performed a similar role with Mullins & White Exploration (now Guardian Oil & Gas) and its wholly owned broker-dealer, M&W Financial. Mr. Solomon is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a B.A. in Finance. He is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and General Lines Agent (Life, Property, and Casualty) and held FINRA licenses 7, 6, 31, 63, and 65.
