Dr. Mark Wochner has a PhD in Acoustics from Penn State University and has been working in acoustics for 13 years, covering topics including nonlinear acoustics, underwater acoustics, biophysics, jet noise propagation, and numerical methods. He has served on various committees and working groups for the scientific organizations such as the
Acoustical Society of America, and has organized and chaired sessions at national and international scientific conferences. Previously he founded the Black Star Co-op, a brewpub based in Austin, TX. He is one of the co-inventors of the AdBm noise abatement system and also founded AdBm Technologies.
