W. Marvin Rush founded the Company in 1965. He served as President from its inception until November 1995 when he began his service as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In 2006, he resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer. In 2013, he resigned his position as Chairman of the Board and was
named Chairman Emeritus. W. Marvin Rush was named North American Peterbilt Dealer of the Year in1993, 1994, 2000 and 2001, and was named American Truck Dealers’ Dealer of the Year in 2008. He currently serves on the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Board.
