As product manager, Matt takes At-Bay's technology products from concept to execution. An average day may include interviewing users, sketching new product ideas with the design team, troubleshooting issues with the engineers, or poring over data to figure out new ways to share insights with brokers and clients.
Working with a team with
endless ideas has its challenges, but Matt brings patience, an open ear and the ability to weigh many different options—and, when the time comes, the drive to get things done.
Matt has a degree in computer science from Yale and experience as a senior business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he solved business problems for senior executives. He puts that experience to use at At-Bay by building business solutions for technical problems.
