I am a software developer and computer science researcher with over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying a wide variety of software system in technical areas that include highly scalable distributed cloud computing, large-scale data analytics, optimal planning and control, computer network operations (CNO), agent-based
computation, computational modeling of social systems, large-scale physics-based simulation, and signal processing.
