Matt Hardage is the Founder and CEO of HELO Luxury Air Mobility, Inc., the Miami-based company defining the category of Luxury Mobility through the integration of private vertical aviation, jet charter, and premium ground transport under a single brand and operating standard.
His career spans fifteen years across brand architecture, marketing, and
operational consulting, with deep concentration in luxury, hospitality, and entertainment. He built and operated a full-service branding and marketing agency for a decade, developing positioning and brand systems for clients across sectors. His consulting practice focused heavily on experience-driven businesses where the margin for inconsistency is zero and the reputational consequences of underdelivering are immediate and public. He did not follow a credentialed path. He built his understanding of luxury markets from the inside, and that distinction informs how HELO is constructed at every level.
HELO is built on the conviction that private aviation has long had the raw capability to serve a broader segment of wealthy individuals, but lacked the brand, the technology, and the operational coherence to do it at the standard those clients actually require. Hardage founded HELO to close that gap, and founded HELO One, the company's invitation-only private members club, to establish the recurring relationship infrastructure and lifestyle ecosystem that transforms a mobility service into something its members cannot replace.
