Matt has substantial experience with creation and protection of intellectual property, large infrastructure projects, procurement and contract management, compliance with state and federal regulations, compliance with HSSE standards, and administration of organizations with many employees.
A Wyoming native, Matt has been the driving force behind a number of initiatives from broadband to medical care, has served on the town council and sits on several State and non-profit boards. Matt is a graduate of Georgetown University
