Maxim is a serial entrepreneur, investor and advisor, with over ten years of background building FinTech, Blockchain and services technology companies, He is investor, advisor or board member for multiple companies including ITM House, Hyperion Technology, Allcann, Beam Propulsion Lab, Wattum and OST Engineering. Prior to this, Maxim was Partner at
venture capital firm BGS Ventures for 8 years responsible for many early stage investment success stories including data and robotics drug discovery firm Transcriptic. In the early part of his career, Max worked as a business consultant, software developer, portfolio manager and founded/built a multimedia and AI company. Max has a BAS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Toronto.
