Megan is a functional nutritionist, co-founder of Prescribe Nutrition and founder of The Root of Health – an amazing digestive health resource. She specializes in digestive problems and food sensitivities, two pesky issues becoming more and more common. Megan graduated from Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary school with in depth
physiological study of our systems and nutritions role in their health. She’s certified in Advanced Hormone Training (Labrix), Holistic Nutrition Labs, and holds certifications in complex digestive issues. Megan is gut guru!
Megan’s ultimate goal is to help people listen to what their bodies are telling them, and guide them on the most streamlined approach for sustainable health. She educates her clients on the integral role food plays in their health, but works above and beyond food, utilizing therapeutic supplements and lifestyle techniques in her approach.
She loves a good laugh, dogs, foggy beaches, Weekend at Bernies, chia seeds, hotel robes and a well operating digestive system.
