Mr. Shalgi held a variety of senior executive positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX). In his last position at Amdocs he served as Vice President Business Development and M&A leading the strategy thinking of new business and executed the acquisitions and the PMI. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Executive Account Manager responsible for
large international Telecommunication Companies in the Far East, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Korea, China and Thailand. Mr. Shalgi also served as CEO of WIZTEC and as manager of the Computer Department of Bank Israel in Tel Aviv. Currently Mr. Shalgi serves on the board of directors of several companies as well as volunteering to various community services. Mr. Shalgi holds a BA in Economics and Statistics. Tel Aviv University, Israel and a M.Sc. in Computer Sciences Weitzman Institute of Science, Israel.
