Michael Bradley served as a director of Mykrolis and as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee of the Mykrolis Board of Directors from 2001 until the Merger. Michael Bradley has been a director of the Company since the Merger. He served as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors from the date of the
Merger until June 14, 2006 and as a member of that committee until May 2008 when he joined the Management Development and Compensation Committee of the Company’s board of directors. From 2004 until his retirement in February 2014, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Teradyne, Inc., a global supplier of automatic test systems and equipment for semiconductor, military/aerospace, data storage and automotive applications.
Prior to that he served as President of Teradyne, Inc. since May of 2003 and as President, Semiconductor Test Division of Teradyne since April of 2001. Michael Bradley served as the Chief Financial Officer of Teradyne, Inc. from 1999 until 2001 and as a Vice President of Teradyne since 1992. Prior to that, Michael Bradley held various finance, marketing, sales and management positions with Teradyne and worked in the audit practice group of the public accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. Michael Bradley has served as a director of Avnet, Inc. (global distributor of electronic components and computer products) since November of 2012 and of the Massachusetts High Technology Council. He received his A.B. degree from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
