CEO Michael Boese, is a distinguished software executive with over 15 years of experience leading and growing technology companies.
Prior to joining EASi, Boese served as Senior Vice President at Taleo where he led Global Partner and Channel efforts and Public Sector sales activities. Prior to this role, he led SMB Field Operations for Taleo,
which encompassed sales, marketing, services and support for companies with under 5,000 employees. Additionally, Boese led Taleo’s Corporate Business Development team, which completed six acquisitions, including Vurv and Learn.com.
Boese has worked with some of the world’s largest and most recognized technology companies, including his role as Vice President, Corporate Strategy at SAP.
At SAP, he was responsible for helping to drive the company’s corporate strategy and operational initiatives within the Office of the CEO.
Before joining SAP, Boese served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development at PeopleSoft, where he directed all merger and acquisition activity and was responsible for negotiating and executing PeopleSoft’s software partnership and reseller agreements.
Prior to PeopleSoft, Boese held positions leading business development and sales teams at both Quantum Corporation and Oracle.
Boese holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
Currently he is a member of GEO, NASPP. He is also an investor in several SaaS companies.
