Michael Gregory (Greg) O’Hara is the Founder and a Senior Managing Director of the Firm. Prior to forming the Firm, he served as Chief Investment Officer of JPMorgan Chase’s Special Investments Group (“JPM SIG”). Prior to JPM SIG, Mr. O’Hara was a Managing Director of One Equity Partners (“OEP”), the private equity arm of JPMorgan. Before joining
OEP in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President of Worldspan and was a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. O’Hara is the Executive Chairman of American Express Global Business Travel, Chairperson of Hertz Global Holdings and Vice Chairman of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings and serves on the Boards of Directors of TripAdvisor, The Innocence Project, World Travel & Tourism Council, Certares Holdings, where he is the Head of the Investment Committee and is a member of the Management Committee of Certares Management LLC, CK Opportunities Fund, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and the Management Committee, and Certares Real Estate Holdings, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and the Management Committee.
