Mr. Michael K. Lee, known as Mike, is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Dominion Fund V, L.P. and Dominion Ventures, Inc. Mr. Lee co-founded Dominion Fund in 1985 and his investment focus has been in financial services, information/business services and clean technology. He is a General Partner of Dominion Capital Management.
Previously, Mr. Lee served as the Director of Operations for Equitec Financial Group where he was responsible for managing their $100 million venture portfolio. He was Co-Founder of Kreos Capital, formerly European Venture Partners. He served as Chairman of ADP AdvancedMD Inc.
He has been an Independent Director of Composite Technology Corporation, since January 21, 2009. He serves as Board Member at NextPage, Inc. Mr. Lee is a Director at Relax the Back, Insuretrade, Quality Care Solutions, Inc, Active Networks, Sub-One Technology, Inc. and Raptor, Inc and has served on the Boards of several other companies.
