Michael Messier is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Excelitas Technologies Corp.
Mr. Messier is responsible for developing the company’s global human resources strategy and leading core initiatives that attract, engage, retain and develop a strong global team to support Excelitas’ future growth.
Prior to joining
Excelitas, Mr. Messier served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Starent Networks Corp., a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure solutions, where he was responsible for scaling the global human resources function to enable growth.
Previously, he held senior management roles at Monster Worldwide, Inc., Progress Software Corporation, IBM/Rational Software Corp. and Open Market, Inc.
Mr. Messier holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an M.B.A. from Rivier University.
