Michael Perillo is the founder of Dynamic Energy. Michael leverages an accounting background along with his corporate and energy experience to assist clients in developing projects that maximize value through efficient ownership, financing, and utilization of federal, state and utility incentives.
Prior to founding Dynamic Energy, Michael
provided financial advisory and valuation services to companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and participated in various merger and acquisitions, public debt offerings and initial public offerings. Formerly a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche, he has served clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly-traded multinational corporations.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
