Michael Tew has over 14 years' experience in corporate finance, venture capital, business management, and capital markets. From 1999 until September 2003, Mr. Tew was an analyst and vice president in the hospitality and leisure group at Bear, Stearns, & Co., Inc. Since that time, he has acted as founder, advisor, or executive focused on
standing up operations at early- and middle-market operating companies with a transaction oriented mandate. His experience includes time at technology companies such as Reputation.com, Tinga Airex, Inc., and Red Mind Solutions, Inc. among others. He is also an expert in special purpose acquisition companies. Mr. Tew has a degree in finance and international business from New York University Stern School of Business and has an executive MBA from the same.
