Michael White, also known as Mike, serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Directv Inc at DIRECTV Latin America, LLC.White serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of DirecTV Financing Co. White served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Europe, Africa and Middle East division at Frito-Lay International from 2000 to 2003. From March 1998 to February 2000, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Inc. where he had been responsible for its treasury, tax, control, audit, information technology and investor relations functions. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frito-Lay International.
White served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi-Cola Company worldwide from February 1997 to March 1998 and PepsiCo Foods International from December to February 1997.
He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Frito-Lay North America from 1993 to December 1996. He served as a Senior Vice President of Avon Products Inc., and Management Consultant of Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen & Co. He joined Frito-Lay in 1990 as Vice President of Planning.
He has been the Chairman of DIRECTV since June 2010. He served as Vice Chairman of Pepsico, Inc. from March 2006 to September 2009. He serves as a Director at DirecTV Holdings LLC and DIRECTV Latin America, LLC.
