Michel Rollier is a Member of the Board of Directors at Lafarge since 2008.
Since May 2012, Michel has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at Plateforme de la Filière Automobile (PFA).

Michel graduated from the Institut d’études politiques (1967) and the Université de Droit of Paris (1968).
Michel previously held several positions with Aussedat-Rey (International Paper group) starting in 1971, including Controller until 1982, Unit Operational Manager from 1982 to 1987, Chief Financial Officer between 1987 and 1994 and Deputy Managing Director from 1994 to 1996.
Michel joined Michelin in 1996 as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Financial Operations. Michel was appointed Member of the Michelin group Executive Council and Chief Financial and Legal Officer in 1999 before being appointed as Managing Partner of the Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin in May 2005 until May 2012.
Michel is also a Member of the High Committee of Corporate Governance set up in October 2013 following the latest amendments to the Afep-Medef Code.
