Entrepreneur Michelle Chaffee is the Founder and CEO of Alska, a Minneapolis based healthcare technology company that provides the most comprehensive suite of solutions to support working caregivers. Michelle also recently launched Sol Health Global, a revolutionary population health technology product that enables healthcare teams to connect,
collaborate and treat patients who otherwise wouldn't have access to lifesaving care. In 2018 alska was chosen to join Station F, the world largest technology hub in Paris, France.
Michelle began her career in healthcare at Loma Linda University in California where she worked as a respiratory therapist. She also spent time as a medical investigator appointed by attorney general of Minnesota. The gaps she saw in the healthcare system prompted her to create a professional patient advocacy service and a technology product to better connect the care teams she was creating to improve care for her clients. Her unique, first hand knowledge of the challenges facing caregivers and the complexities of the healthcare system has been the catalyst that has fueled her to create successful solutions to complex problems.
