In addition to serving as the Chairman of the Board of Covenant Surgical Partners, Mike Koban is the President and CEO of Iroquois Capital Group, a Nashville-based merchant banking firm that invests in companies in the healthcare and financial services industries.
He has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field and was co-founder and
CEO of NetCare Health Systems, an owner and operator of acute care hospitals with $250 million in revenue.
Prior to that, Koban served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Senior Vice President – Finance of HealthTrust, Inc., a multi-billion dollar NYSE hospital management company, and as Treasurer of Hospital Corporation of America.
