Mike launched his professional IT career at IBM. From there, he went on to form a shared services division taking 37 dental insurance companies participating which saved the companies hundreds of millions of dollars. Mike designed and scaled the IT department at past company in 2021 to IPO, scaling from 20 IT resources to over 400 in a 2 yr
period. Mike's passion for using technology to solve business problems is easily recognized. He is a strong leader and manager and empowers his teams to top performance.
