Mike has 16 years of experience in venture capital. He joined QuestMark Partners in 2004, became a Partner in 2006, and a General Partner in 2013. Mike's sector interests include SaaS/enterprise software, tech-enabled business services, consumer internet, and healthcare IT.
Mike led QuestMark’s investments in ServiceMax (acquired by GE),
Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC), Ingenuity (acquired by Qiagen), Fortify Software (acquired by HP), Ensenda/Grand Junction (acquired by Transforce), and XANT. He also represented QuestMark on the board of Vapotherm (NYSE: VAPO).
Prior to joining QuestMark, Mike was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”), a leading global management and strategy consulting firm. At BCG, he worked with clients in the healthcare, technology, retail, and energy sectors. He was involved in consulting engagements spanning corporate strategy, business development, organizational change, competitive positioning, margin expansion, and social enterprise.
Prior to BCG, he was an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy, serving operationally with a fighter squadron aboard an aircraft carrier and as the Intelligence Briefer for the Secretary of the Navy and Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon.
Mike is a graduate of Northwestern University and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
