Moises Eilemberg is an accomplished and proven CEO and investor with over 20 years of experience in executive management, private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and board governance in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on technology-enabled services and data analytics applications.
Prior to founding XiltriX
North America and Rush Mount Ventures, Moises was CEO of Avadyne Health, a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle services to the healthcare industry. Moises led Avadyne from being a relatively unknown local company to becoming a national Revenue Cycle firm serving over 275 hospitals, including 9 of the top 30 US health systems. In 2015, Avadyne Health was recognized as the #1 Self-Pay Solutions Company, and the 10th largest Revenue Cycle Management firm in the nation serving more than 275 hospitals and processing over $3 billion in new account placements annually. During Moises's leadership, Avadyne's revenue grew more than 5.0x, and EBITDA grew more than 3.5x. Avadyne was successfully sold in April 2016 to a private equity firm.
Prior to Avadyne Health, Moises spent 8 years in the Private Equity field, investing in, and helping develop private businesses. In 2004, he founded Pacific Onset Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm focused on the healthcare revenue cycle space.
Moises earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also earned an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
