Nancy Cooper is a Member of the Board of Directors at Teradata since February 2009.
Previously, Nancy served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CA Technologies (CA), a global IT management software company, from August 2006 until she retired from CA in May 2011.
Nancy has nearly 30 years of finance experience that
also includes her role as Chief Financial Officer for IMS Health Incorporated, the world’s leading provider of market intelligence to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries from 2001 to 2006.
Prior to joining IMS Health, Nancy was the Chief Financial Officer at Reciprocal, Inc., a leading digital rights management and consulting firm.
In 1998, Nancy served as a Partner responsible for finance and administration at General Atlantic Partners, a private equity firm focused on software and services investments.
Nancy began her career at IBM where she held increasingly important roles over a 22-year period that focused on technology strategy and financial management.
Nancy currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Mosaic Company, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and Brunswick Corporation and as a Trustee to the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology.
Nancy is a Graduate of Bucknell University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Political Science. Nancy has her MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
