Mr. Chugh is a tech-savvy business transformation executive with a track record of driving growth, profitability, transformation and market leadership across Enterprise Software, Cloud & Mobile Applications, Technology, and Tech-enabled services industry.
Navin is Co-Founder and CEO of Kredifi, a people background information company, and
engaged as an investor & advisor with startups and PE backed companies. He has extensive experience working with schools and startups in the education industry. Most recently, he was EVP of Global Strategic Sales with First Advantage, and MD & SVP for South Asia.
His progressive leadership experience includes managing P&L, international business, sales, operations and strategic partnerships across Public, Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital backed companies, such as Oracle, Steria, Vastera, VerticalNet (Tradeum) and First Advantage. With an inclusive and inspirational leadership, he is passionate about driving growth through incremental innovation, digital & cultural transformation.
He is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. His educational qualifications include B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (IIT-BHU), MS in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University, NY, and an MBA from San Jose State University, CA.
Navin is a frequent speaker at industry events, panels and conferences across the globe. Besides being an avid golfer, he enjoys volunteering with local school soccer and debate leagues, and spending time with family.
