Dr. Grayson earned her Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry at the Medical College of Virginia, and started her career as a Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health. She later moved to industry, where over the past 20+ years, she has held positions of increasing responsibility in research and drug development, business development and portfolio
planning. Her background includes experience at large and small pharmaceutical companies, including Mallinckrodt, Sonus Pharmaceuticals and NeoRx.
