Caldwell is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Flanders Corporation. Nevin most recently served as Vice President of Operations for the Americas of Exide Technologies, a global leader in manufacturing and recycling of lead acid batteries and charger systems. Nevin was employed with Duracell Batteries for nineteen years, serving in many
different roles within the organization but lastly as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Technical Operations. Nevin is accustomed to working with private equity firms and has served as President and Chief Operating Officer for two different portfolio companies. Nevin brings a wealth of diverse global experiences from both private equity and public manufacturing companies. Nevin is a graduate of The University of Tennessee (Chattanooga) and holds a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
