She has experience bridging the gap between academia and industry to provide solutions in the form of medical devices to solve unmet patient needs. Nicole was trained as a physician at El Bosque University,
Bogota-Colombia. She holds both a Master in Health Care Management and a Master in Business Administration from Globe University/Minnesota School of Business. Nicole is an Alumni of University of Minnesota Medical Devices Center Fellows Program.
