As co-founder and president of Apartment Ocean, Nick is in charge of the strategy and business development.
He is a natural problem-solver with a non-stop work ethic that he brought from his native Croatia. While in college, he was a part of soccer varsity team, so his enthusiasm for competition remains strong, whether in sports or business.
Previously working as an analyst in the finance industry, Nick uses his understanding of business and skills in team-building and leadership to grow and develop the company and establish strategies for its success.
