Niladri has more than 11 years’ work experience in the IT/ITeS industry. Prior to establishing Alchemy, he worked as a Senior Manager at RocSearch, one of the top outsourcing companies in India. Niladri has considerable experience in business development and operational delivery in the knowledge outsourcing space, having set up offshore
delivery teams for clients across the globe. He has also worked with a number of overseas SMEs to devise their market entry strategy into India. An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, he completed his MBA specialising in Finance after graduating in Mechanical Engineering from the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka.
