Dr. Josephy has extensive product development and leadership experience in the life science and medical device arenas. From 2004 – 2009 Dr. Josephy served as the chief medical office of an infantry Special Forces Battalion and later as the Chief Medical Office of the Israeli Navy Submarine Flotilla.
In 2010 Dr. Josephy joined OmniGuide Surgical
where he successfully led the Gynecology Minimally Invasive Surgery business with a focus on product and clinical development. Dr. Josephy is currently the Director of Academic Research at ABIOMED Inc.. Dr. Josephy earned his MD and MSc in molecular biology from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
