Oliver is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of TAU Investment Management, a private equity firm established to upgrade global supply chains, starting with the apparel industry in South and Southeast Asia. Through its technology-focused & blended onshore/offshore approach, TAU seeks to increase manufacturers’ profitability and scale, improve
the lives of workers, and deliver superior returns to investors.
Prior to TAU, Oliver spent 20 years as an entrepreneur, investor, and board member with a track record in building PE-backed growth businesses, including at Computershare and as an Operating Partner at Advent International.
Oliver received a PhD in Strategic Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany. He was appointed a Young Global Leader (YGL) of the World Economic Forum in 2010 and is also a Board Director of both the World Policy Institute and the National Museum of the American Indian in New York City. Oliver splits his time between TAU’s Hong Kong and New York offices.
