O'Neil Anderson is an experienced music manager gaining experience through the creation of the Anderson Management Group (AMG), which he founded in 2003. In 2006, he moved on to co-found 3RD Eye Entertainment, where he continued to manage up-and-coming artists and producers. Between 2007 and 2009, O’Neil built and operated his own recording
studio where he collaborated, marketed and helped promote various projects with an array of artists from multiple genres. O’Neil has studied the Independent music market as well as emerging trends in social media and technology for over a decade and is a key asset in the development and design of AAMPP’s social media platform overall. O'Neil was gainfully employed with the Miami Dade Police Department from May of 2003, where he honorably served while pursuing his entrepreneurial interests. O’Neil recently resigned from the Miami Dade Police Department in January of 2013 to work on a FULL time basis with the company. O'Neil previously worked at Consumer Vault as a Founder. He attended St. Thomas University.
