Patrick J. Callan, Jr., is President and Chief Executive Officer of One Liberty Properties, Inc. He is Director since 2002, President since 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since 2008; Senior Vice President of First Washington Realty, Inc. from 2004 to 2005; Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust,
from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Callan joined to the company in 2002, as a director, with significant experience in commercial leasing with a publicly traded real estate investment trust and thereafter served as a senior executive officer of another real estate investment trust. His knowledge of the business and industry made him an excellent choice to become the president in 2006 and our chief executive officer in 2008.
