Paul Cusenza

joined Perlegen in September 2002, with a strong background in developing and managing alliances. He was formerly part of the senior management team at Capital One Financial as Managing Director of Value Added Alliances and Vice President Marketing & Analysis. During his tenure Value Added Alliances grew from $1.5 billion in market capitalization to over $10 billion and from 2,500 associates to over 10,000. He has twenty-five years of experience in building and managing businesses. He has twenty-five years of experience in building and managing businesses. Prior to joining Capital One in 1995 he was a Vice President and Partner at Mercer Management Consulting where he developed relationships and aided clients in strategy formulation and execution. He also worked for IBM in sales and marketing early in his career. He serves as a Director of Nodal Exchange, LLC. He was an independent consultant and assisted Affymetrix regarding the formation of Perlegen. Mr. Cusenza holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
