Paul Deloughery is the Managing Attorney for Interpleader Law Firm and the President of Each Generation Stronger, LLC. He's based in Scottsdale, AZ.
At the age of twelve, Paul Deloughery started a business that hasn't stopped running. Both of his parents were entrepreneurs and successful businesspeople, so it was only natural that he
followed in their footsteps. Eventually, Paul became a lawyer, but initially, after graduating from Indiana University Bloomington, Paul found himself spending time with his uncle, Don. Through his Uncle, Paul was presented to factoring business receivables and helping turn businesses around, something that quickly caught his attention. He entered law school at the recommendation of Uncle Don, after questioning how to learn the trade better. With only a month to go until the final test period, Paul registered for the LSATs and hit the books hard.
Thankfully, his commitment paid off, and he was accepted into the Iowa College of Law, one of the top twenty law schools in the nation. Once there, Paul Deloughery remained to be a go-getter and hard worker. In fact, he completed his education in two years and three months, as opposed to the standard three years it takes a student to finish a law degree. While finishing his education, Paul earned exposure by serving as a research assistant for an insurance law professor and supported the run the family company, a home health agency.
By 2001, Paul Deloughery was practicing estate and probate law in Minnesota. Two years later, his family moved to Arizona, where he entered a new law firm and named partner in 2005. It was here with John Goodson that Paul discovered how to use legal arrangements to create and maintain long-lasting family wealth, such as a Lean Family Office. After three years with Goodson, he moved away from the firm and founded his own practice. In time, after some individual trauma, Paul turned his attention to Multi-Family Offices, and how to best use them to help families control their wealth. He even wrote a book on his encounters, The 8 Keys, where he describes coming into a large inheritance with very little understanding as to how to best develop and manage it. Considering how new he was to this personal wealth, Paul studied from trial and error and wanted to help other families avoid the mistakes he made, so in addition to practicing law, he also advises on how to do so best.
